Only authorized County Points of Contact can submit Help Desk Support Tickets.
It is expected that County Points of Contact have exhausted local troubleshooting efforts and have referred to appropriate job aids prior to submitting a ticket.
When submitting ticket information please DO NOT include any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) for any parties on the case. This includes client information like SSN, full name, or date of birth. Pertinent case information can still be communicated such as Application, and/or an abbreviated CNDS ID number(s) like this example:
Ex: AS(49) 954P ** First initial /Last initial, age, and last four characters of the CNDS number. This will prevent exposing any PII information in the help desk ticket.
